ROLE | Principal Designer
New chilled drinks factory development for Gerber Juice Ltd in Bridgewater, Somerset. The development is 77,000sqm built in 5 phases and includes production and warehouse facility and head office. New factory on a green field site adjacent to the River Parrot. Efficient and flexible masterplan with individual phases. New habitats around the site to provide a natural environment for wildlife and adopted rainwater harvesting to create an attractive and sustainable development. Role of Principal Designer including civil works and co-ordination of direct subcontract fit out process installation works. Health and Safety Audits every two weeks of the Principal Contractor and reporting to client.
